Description
Tri Tip Roast- also known as a Santa Maria Roast, Triangle roast, bottom sirloin roast. This cut is boneless, fairly tender, and bursting with flavor. Roast or grill, then slice across the grain. Best prepared roast/ baked, indirect heat grilling, broiled, sous vide, or smoked. Commonly prepared to an internal temperature of 130°–135°F for medium-rare or 135°–145°F for medium.
