Grandmal’s Hot Dog Sauce

- 1 TBSP Shortening
- 3 Sweet Onions Chopped Fine
- 1/2 LB Hamburger
- 1 Large Tomato Diced
- 1 TSP Chile Powder
- 1 TSP Sugar
- 1/2 TSP Salt

DIRECTIONS:
In skillet brown hamburger, onions and shortening
Add diced tomatoes and seasonings to the mixture
Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes
Top your favorite Country Boy hot dog and enjoy !
For some extra zing add sliced fresh jalapenos, and shredded cheddar cheese to your dog!
